This position is responsible for implementing, improving, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining the revenue operations systems that provide the PGA TOUR Digital Sales department with a competitive, viable suite of integrated ad products across platforms and partners, allowing for efficient and full monetization to reach revenue goals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field 4 years of work experience in digital advertising technology and web development, including technical project management, design, and development of Internet-based platforms, or related experience Experienced in producing, automating, and analyzing analytics reports, preferably within ad-serving or digital marketing systems. Experience deploying and operating digital advertising technology systems or related digital publishing systems required Business analysis, technical writing and experience with quality assurance processes required Familiarity with ad servers, content management systems, rich media creatives, and programmatic advertising Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification a plus Knowledge of the PGA TOUR and the game of golf is helpful, but not required. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Collaborate with stakeholders to produce, automate, and analyze reports from ad-serving and other digital marketing systems as needed. Troubleshoot, implement, maintain, document, and optimize the services that provide display, rich media, live video, and video-on-demand ad products to PGA TOUR advertising partners, including those systems that provide direct-sold and automated, programmatic buying methods. Includes working across an expanding portfolio of publisher brands, including PGA TOUR owned & operated platforms, Golf Digest, GolfWRX, and European Tour, as well as distributed platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Twitter, ESPN+, CBSi, NBCU, and Xumo. Manage for integration efforts into affiliated and associated technical advertising systems, such as those that that help segment visitor traffic, ensure a safe digital advertising supply chain, and measure advertising engagement and performance. Manage technical implementation of ad-serving migrations and integrations as the PGA TOUR content distribution and sales partnerships continue to develop into a technical center of excellence in golf. Includes partnering with internal operational teams to standardize and document best practices, automate workflows, and define ad ops processes and SLAs. Manage innovation efforts, testing new digital monetization technologies as digital products and platforms evolve. Assist budgeting, contracting and management of third-party SAAS vendors as required. Participate in Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) committees and working groups to learn and contribute to industry best practices. Also participate in informal collaboration with other digital publishers to establish benchmarks, as well as learn and share best practices. Work with a resource staff dedicated to conducting the initial intake and triage of issues and requests, performing operational tasks on digital advertising systems, and conducting quality assurance tasks, and executing certification duties. Special projects or other duties as assigned.
